In the event that a KFA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KFA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

KFA is entitled to recover all costs and expenses in enforcing the Terms of Use, including attorneys’ fees.
